- From your Applications’ Menu, select the Options.
- Scroll down to Security and select Security Wipe.
- Check all boxes corresponding to what you’d like to erase and confirm your choice by entering the password: blackberry.
- Select Wipe to confirm and wait for the procedure to begin.

- Press and hold the Alt key for a few seconds.
- While holding the Alt key, simultaneously press and hold the Right Shift and Delete keys.
